The DIS Incubator project consisted of renovations to the labs, open office spaces, bathrooms and common areas on the first and second floor of Building E500 of the DuPont Experimental Station. The project was approximately 15,000 SF. The project also consisted of minor renovations to three rooms on the third floor of the adjacent Building 400. The project was partially funded by the United States Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration and therefore was subject to the federal laws and regulations associated with that program. MCET Technologies and Veramorph both won a DuPont FastPass and will receive business and technology mentorship from DuPont and one year of free access to laboratories and startup support services of the Delaware Innovation Space Incubator.
